Lost your download?

Draft updated 2 November 2026. Fill in the bracketed details and have a lawyer or accountant review this page before the site goes live.

If you bought the guide and cannot find your files, there are three ways to get them again.

1. Your receipt email

After your purchase, Lemon Squeezy sent a receipt to the address you used. The download link is in that email. Search your inbox and your spam folder for "Burnish" or "Lemon Squeezy".

2. The Lemon Squeezy order page

Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and enter the email address you bought with. Lemon Squeezy sends you a sign-in link, and your order page lists every file you can download. Use the exact address you used at checkout.

3. Ask us

Email [contact email] from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it. We will check the order and send the files again, normally within two working days.

The free sample chapter

If you lost the sample chapter, enter your email address in the form on the home page again and we will send it once more.

Updates

When the edition you bought is revised, the new files appear on your order page and we email you. You do not have to buy again.
