Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying the guide. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

1. Email [contact email] from the address you used to buy, and include your order number from the receipt. If you cannot find it, the email address is enough.
2. We confirm the refund by reply, normally within two working days.
3. The refund is made by Lemon Squeezy to the payment method you used. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.

What happens to your copy

After a refund your license ends, and we ask you to delete your copies of the guide. The code examples you downloaded from the open repository stay yours under their own license.

Your legal rights

This promise comes on top of your statutory rights. For example, if the guide you receive is faulty or is not what we described, consumer law gives you remedies whether or not the 14 days have passed.

Cards and disputes

Please write to us before you file a dispute with your bank. A refund through us is faster.
